EXERCISING DURING THIS LOCKDOWN

Good day to my lovely readers,

It is amazing to be back on word press after locking myself out,anyways I am back(lol)

The lock down is taking a toll on people because we are not used to staying at home for so long.

One of the lessons from this lock down is that you can actually do without most things you thought you couldn’t do without.

Now that we have to stay home for so long exercise is needed during this period. When your body doesn’t move as often as it should,it might become stiff which isn’t good and in the long run it can cause unnecessary weight gain.

Exercises come in different forms and it is important to choose the one that interests you.

Dancing, Aerobics, HIIT, Yoga are some forms of exercises to engage in because they engage your body and mind.

Before starting any exercise it is important to know your body type and stamina level. It is also important to do stretches before and after exercises. Music playing during exercising is really interesting and should be encouraged.

Exercising aids digestion as well as burn fat. It also improves the quality of one’s life in the long run.

Make sure you don’t over work your body especially in the beginning so you don’t have much pain. Start simple for the early days and then you can increase the pace.

Please and please don’t rush your body into getting to your desired shape give it time and be consistent you will definitely get there.

  1. I am inspired by this write up @seyi04, but have got a question, for those of us who still go to work but find it hard to work out because of our routine of waking up so early,what would be your ideal work out plan for us,by the way I miss your write up alot,glad to have you back

    1. @Tolani thanks for reading. Just try to stretch your body as often as you can during your breaks, taking a walk around the office can also be helpful.
      You can also workout when you leave work it can still be as effective.
